To unfasten the hooks and loops, you need to grab the bra with both hands closer to the center of the bra and point your hands towards each other. The latch is unfastened by lightly pressing on the center with both hands. Then the two parts of the lock are pulled out from each other.
With one hand
The ability to operate with one hand will come in handy in non-standard situations when the other hand is busy at the most crucial moment. To do this, you need to:
- Feel for the lock.
- The thumb of the hand lightly presses the part of the bra with hooks.
- The index and middle fingers grab the second part of the clasp and pull the two halves together.
Magnetic closures are very easy to unfasten with one hand - just slide your hand or finger between the two fastening elements.
With a latch lock, the bra is opened with one hand as follows: take the clasp along the edges with your thumb and index finger, squeeze it with a little force (as if you want to fold it in half), after the click, carefully pull one part out of the other.
With two fingers
The method of unfastening a bra with two fingers is sometimes compared to the actions of a magician - it requires sleight of hand. In order for the coveted lock to open, it is necessary:
- Slide your middle, ring and little fingers under the part of the bra where the clasp is. This way they will be fixed and will not get in the way.
- The thumb and index finger grasp the clasp from both sides and move towards each other.
In a magnetic clasp, it is enough to move the two parts of the bra apart. And the latch needs to be squeezed and one part released from the other.
How to remove quickly
When the bra unfastening stage is over, you can master the skill of releasing it. This means non-standard methods, such as taking off a bra under clothes or through a sleeve. This skill can be useful on the beach (if there are no changing cabins) or to surprise, excite a partner in an intimate setting.
It is easy to remove a bra through the sleeves if they are elastic and wide enough. This is done after the bra has already been unfastened. To do this, you need to grab the strap through the sleeve, pull it down, carefully releasing your hand from the loop. Do the same on the other side and pull the bra out by the strap.
If the bra has detachable straps, it is easy to get rid of it without taking off your clothes. This is done in 3 steps:
- The main clasp of the bra is unfastened.
- At the top of each cup, the hook is removed from the loop.
- The hand reaches under the bottom of the garment, grabs the bra in the middle and pulls it out.
The bra is removed from under the blouse in a similar manner (for example, when the garment has a high neck). The straps are not accessible from above, so all manipulations are performed by alternately running your hands under the bottom of the turtleneck.
If the straps are sewn tightly to the cups, it will not be possible to remove the bra under tight clothing.
How to unfasten nursing bras
Nursing bras differ from classic models in that in addition to the main fastener, the bras are equipped with two additional ones. Thanks to this design, a young mother has a great opportunity to feed her baby without exposing her breasts entirely.
The location of the additional locks depends on the bra model. In some cases, they are located at the top of each cup, and sometimes the additional clasp is located in the center of the bra between the cups. The second option is not very convenient, since when unfastening, both breasts are exposed at once.
Snap fasteners can be quickly unfastened with one hand. This is ideal for mothers, as they often need to hold the baby and prepare the breast for feeding at the same time. To do this, four fingers of the hand pinch the bra cup as close to the snap as possible, and the thumb quickly unfastens it with an upward movement.
How to unfasten bras with a latch has already been mentioned above. You need to grab the clasp with two fingers and press, releasing one part of the lock from the other. If both hands are free, it will be easier to do these manipulations.
