After the process is complete, you can immediately wash the jeans with powder or use other detergents that do not change their color. Painting is usually done with brushes, and it is recommended to choose a sketch in advance, on the basis of which the painting will be done. - the product is immersed in a pre-prepared container filled with solution;
- the bucket is heated evenly over the fire, the process will take about 15 minutes;
- It is important to ensure that the jeans do not float.
If the procedure is performed on black or blue jeans, large and beautiful patterns appear on them.
Another way to change the color of a wardrobe item involves using hair dye. After using this method, every girl can say that she drew unique patterns herself. It is enough to do the following:
- choose black hair dye, and make sure in advance that it does not contain ammonia, but only natural pigments;
- no tints or shades are allowed, so only black paint is used;
- for one pair of jeans you need to buy two packs;
- the dye is diluted in a large amount of water without using other additives or oxidizers;
- the resulting solution is mixed well, as it should have a uniform consistency;

Using hair dye is quite simple, but the result is not durable enough, so the jeans will fade with each wash. The following method involves using ink intended for felt-tip pens. To do this, disassemble the felt-tip pens, after which the rods are lowered into cold water. After the water turns black, immerse the jeans in the liquid. Keep the item in the solution for at least one hour.
Another popular method of dyeing jeans involves using potassium permanganate. This method is considered not very simple, but with proper use of the product, an interesting and long-lasting result is guaranteed. With the help of potassium permanganate, an unusual shade of the material is obtained.When using potassium permanganate, there is no need to boil jeans, which greatly simplifies the dyeing procedure.
The process is divided into the following stages:
- 80 g of potassium permanganate is mixed with 120 ml of 9% vinegar and 30 ml of hydrogen peroxide;
- the resulting composition is mixed with water in a ratio of 2:1;
- the jeans are rolled into a bundle and then secured with white elastic bands;
- the product is dipped into the resulting mixture;
- In this state, jeans should be kept for about 20 minutes, it is important to ensure that the product is located on the bottom all the time;
- then the jeans are taken out and rinsed well;
- rinsed in the machine twice, it is recommended to use liquid washing powder for this. Dry the jeans after the procedure in the usual way, but not on a hot radiator.
Often, even green stuff is used to dye jeans. It will give the item a unique emerald shade. The process is divided into stages:
- the brilliant green is diluted in a large amount of water, and the solution must be added until the desired shade is obtained;
- the resulting solution is thoroughly mixed;
- jeans are dipped into the existing mixture;
- the product is kept for 30 minutes;
- To ensure even dyeing, you should regularly turn the jeans over;
- After the process is complete, the jeans are taken out and rinsed well, and for this it is advisable to use a solution with the addition of vinegar.
Often, many people want the product to turn blue, because dark blue fabric looks bright and attractive. For this, you can use affordable and inexpensive blueing. It is easy to use, but the result is not very durable and stable.
