- To create the sleeves, cast on 50 loops on knitting needles No. 2.5. Knit eight rows with a "rib". Replace the knitting needles with No. 3. Knit 10 purl loops - 1 rapport - 10 purl. This is how a relief pattern is obtained. Every eighth row is distinguished by adding one loop on each side until the total number is 72. Then the 86th row is closed on both sides with four loops. After this, in every second row - 1 x 3, 1 x 2, 9 x 1, 2 x 2, 2 x 3. By the 118th row, 16 loops should remain, which are closed.
