The presence of reflectors on top of children's jackets, backpacks and pants will help save lives.

- are capable of deflecting the flow of light back to where it comes from;
- do not lose their functions in any weather, including thick fog or rain;
- have no restrictions or contraindications for use.
For example, if the light stream comes from the headlights, regardless of the weather, the reflection of these elements will be visible to the driver. The same thing happens if you shine a flashlight or a light bulb on such elements of clothing.

The law also notes that if a pedestrian is seen in the dark near the road without reflective elements, he faces a fine of 500 rubles.
Reflective elements must be present on:
- children moving along the highway, crossing the road at any time of the day;
- people of all ages moving along highways or crossing them on foot at night;
- men and women who regulate the movement of vehicles in parking lots, intersections or at transport interchanges.
The law states that reflective stickers must be worn by all pedestrians walking along the side of the road or crossing streets at night.
